Unprocessed Orders: If you cancel your order before it is processed and shipped, you will receive a full refund without any cancellation fees.
Processed Orders: Once your order is processed and shipped, cancellations are not possible. However, you may be eligible for a return (subject to our return policy).
Return Policy
You may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please note that return shipping fees may apply.
Exclusions
Sale items and custom-made items are not eligible for cancellation or return.
